In the heart of the Bekaa Valley, Lebanon, only 40 Km from the capital Beirut, and at 914m above sea level, is a natural water spring that has been flowing and irrigating lands and small towns for centuries. Such towns include Chtaura, Jdita, Mekse, and Zebdol.
Known for its clean air and natural beauty, the area around Ain Barakeh continues to draw in local visitors and international tourists, year round.

With roads, power, and infrastructure provided from the local municipality of Kab Elias, and easy access to the forthcoming Arab Highway - less than 3 Km away, the MANDARA industrial zone is well equipped to provide all the manufacturing warehousing, and logistics needs companies desiring to reduce their overheads from facilities in Beirut and its suburbs, and yet remain within 30 minutes from the center of their operations.
As such, the MANDARA operations would become the tenants' a) new manufacturing hub, b) medium to long term storage facility with short term storage maintained in Beirut or its suburbs, or c) logistics hub for operations serving Lebanon, Syria, and the Levant.
In the MANDARA industrial zone, BALADAC launched in 2014 the first phase of the MANDARA INDUSTRIAL PARK, with a development and lease program of built-to-specs industrial facilities for manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics operations.
The first phase of the MANDARA INDUSTRIAL PARK will provide up-to 40,000 SQM of built-to-specs facilities available for lease from July 2014 onward.
